WCLG/HSF MMDP MENTORING & COACHING- 2021/2022
The Department of Local Government (DLG) in cooperation with Hanns Seidel Foundation (HSF), and the Stellenbosch University through its School of Public Leadership (SPL), introduced and implemented the Municipal Middle Managers Mentoring and Coaching program for 2021/2022. The project focuses on building the capacity of middle managers in municipalities to prepare them for leadership and more strategic positions in municipalities.
