P97 City of Cape Town Municipal Minimum Competence Programme 2026
Multi-year course in the Finance Management Programme of the City of Cape Town for municipal officials, starting in June 2026 as per the programme prescribed under Table 1 by the MFMA Municipal Regulations on Minimum Competency Levels (RSA, Government Gazette 29967, 2007 as amended 2018). The course is structured as a hybrid course, consisting of self-study of study material including Videos before attending the face-to-face One-day class on the Bellville Park Campus.
