P100 Overberg District Municipality & B Municipalities: Municipal Minimum Competence Programme 2026-2027
This programme consists of 16 Unit Standards as prescribed by the MFMA Municipal Regulations on Minimum Competency Levels (RSA, Government Gazette 29967, 2007 as amended 2018) for the duration of the MOU between Overberg DM and the School of Public Leadership. The 16 Unit Standards will be created incrementally on the SPL short course website. This is a 2-day programme per Unit Standard with a 2-hour invigilated examination per Unit Standard. THE PROGRAMME IS CURRENTLY OPEN FOR REGISTRATION FOR THE OVERBERG DM AND ITS B-MUNICIPALITIES WHO SIGNED MOUs WITH THE DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY ONLY.
